Single and Double girder gantry crane with hooks is applied outside warehouse or railway sideways to do common lifting and unloading works. This kind of crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane travelling organ, trolley, electric equipment, strong lifting winch. The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism. Crane travellilng mechanism adopts separate driver. All mechanisms are operated in the driver cabin. Power is supplied by cable or slide wire. There are different capacity double beams gantry crane for your choice according to your different use.

Main girder	Control Mode
Welded of steel plates with honeycomb hole, connected by high-strength precision bolt. there are sliding rail for trolly to travel upper the girder which is fixed on outrigger by high-tension precison bolt	1.Cabin / wireless remote / pendant button
Travelling mechanism	Trolley with hoist
1.the driving gear box supplys power to realize the crane's travelling. 2.The difference between driving gear box the passive wheel box is that passive wheel box lacks transmission structure such as dynammo, reducer and a pair of exposed gear.	1.trolley frame welded of steel plate is the loading and travelling mechanism of trolley with hoisting. 2.winch is the lifting mechnism of trolley.when it works wire rope affects the pulley as rising and falling movement.
Outrigger
1.consist of rigid outrigger and flexible outrigger,all connection points are connected by high-tension bolt. 2.the ladder is used by oprator to enter into cab or arriving at winch. 3.when the span>30m, there need a flexible leg aiming at reducing the lateral thrust, the trolley has to rail when the grider loading objects.

Application:

The product is applicable to the place in the factory where the capability of explosive is no higher than grade II B or II C, and where has mixture of detonating gas which is composed of flammable gas or steam, whose ignition temperature team belongs to T1~T4 team
